Dannii Minogue and Kris Smith 'fight' to make relationship work with 10,000 miles between them

Dannii Minogue is a judge on Australia's Got Talent

Dannii Minogue and boyfriend Kris Smith are finding it tough finding time for each other with Dannii's huge workload.

Although the Aussie singer, 39, has left The X Factor, she still has countless commitments including a role on Australia's Got Talent, her fashion line Project D and a new book - My Style to promote.

'We've now done two days of photo shoots for the book and I was so excited about some of the pictures that I got them to print me copies then and there so I can take them to show everyone when I get home to Melbourne next week,' Dannii wrote on her MyDaily.co.uk blog last week.

'I've got so much to pack before I wing my way back Down Under for Australia's Got Talent live shows, but before I get on with it I just want to say another big thank you for all your sweet messages and support following my X Factor announcement. They mean the world.'

Kris, 32, is believed to be working in Manchester while Dannii
is back in Australia with 10-month-old Ethan.

A series of Tweets - later deleted - by the couple have fuelled rumours they're going through a rough patch.

'Never chase love. If it isn't given freely by another person, it's not worth having,' Dannii posted.

'Forgiving someone does not mean forgetting what they did. It simply means letting go of the hurt.'

And Kris Tweeted:� 'You don't know what you've got til it's gone.'

'Kris is not happy about Dannii's heavy workload, and wants her to spend more time with him and baby Ethan, and has put his foot down,' a source tells the News Of The World.

Dannii and Kris met in Ibiza three years ago and their son Ethan was born last July.
