People�is confirming that the couple wed Saturday evening in a private ceremony at Witherspoon's ranch in Ojai, California.�

A pre-wedding cocktail hour took place before the 20-minute ceremony. In attendance were Witherspoon's children, Ava and Deacon, Ren�e Zellweger, Salma Kayek, Tobey Maguire, Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan and Alyssa Milano and her husband David Bugliari.

Witherspoon's best friend, Heather Rosenfield, served as maid of honor. "Tennessee Waltz" was the processional music to Toth, while Reese walked down the aisle to "Here Comes the Bride." The duo exchanged wedding bands designed by jeweler William Goldberg.�
