Snooki's 'minor' car accident in Florence on Monday sent two police offers to the hospital.Even though she wasn't formally arrested, Snooki will still face the consequences of crashing into a police car while driving in Italy.
The "Jersey Shore" cast member, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, will likely have her license suspended in Florence, a police spokesman said.
"The Italian law states that if a person is injured in an accident, then the other person deemed to have caused the accident loses their license," Mario Rondinelli said, according to the Daily Mail.
"It will be for a minimum of 15 days although the Florence police chief has the ultimate decision on the length of time," Rondinelli explained, "and he will look at the file over the next few days."
Snooki, 23, was taken into custody Monday after striking the back of the police vehicle, which was intended to escort her through the city, sending two officers to the hospital.

"It was nothing serious and they have been released but they will not be back at work for a week," Rondinelli said.
"It's unlikely that there will be a criminal case as it was a very minor accident," he added, "but the two colleagues involved could decide on a civil case, which is their right."
Snooki tested negative for alcohol following the crash, but was not tested for drugs, Rondinelli also said.
The reality star was photographed wearing a neck brace Tuesday, but the medical accessory seemed to just be a joke. One photo shows the New York native laughing as she holds the brace up in the air.
Snooki and her "Jersey" castmates have been living in Florence as they film the hit MTV series' fourth season.
