Hugh Hefner and his fianc�e Crystal Harris were supposed to get married just five days from now, but Crystal has called off the wedding.
Hef tweeted Tuesday afternoon to confirm that the wedding was no longer going to take place.
?The wedding is off. Crystal has had a change of heart.?
Crystal also made the announcement on her website.
?After much deep reflection and thought, I have decided to end my engagement with Hef. I have the utmost respect for Hef and wish him the best going forward. I hope the media will give each of us the privacy we deserve during this time.?
So what was the cause for the split? Crystal and Hef had a huge argument at the Playboy mansion recently. Rumor has it that Harris even moved out and is now staying with a friend.
No matter what happened between the two, it was pretty�unexpected, especially for Hef. Invitations for the nuptials were sent out long ago and the preparations for the wedding were in the final stages. It would have been 85-year-old Hef?s third marriage and 25-year-old Crystal?s first.
