Just a couple months after Ashlee Simpson was spotted holding hands with her estranged husband Pete Wentz, the singer has stepped out with a new man.

Looking cozy in New York on June 15, Simpson, 26, and Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza were spotted kissing and strolling arm-in-arm.

A month after her split from Wentz in February, Simpson was spotted with musician Craig Owens, but romance rumors were quickly shot down.

Wentz, 32, hasn't been publicly linked to anyone since he and Simpson announced their plans to divorce.

Reps for Simpson and Piazza have not commented.
